Q: How can I search for books?
A: Go here. You can search by author, title, keyword as well as browse the shelves by price, author, title or specifically for signed books. Try this link for browsing.

Q: How can I order books?
A: You can select items on our shopping cart (secure server), and use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discovery card. Email us if you like, to inquire about availability. We also accept money orders and personal checks. We're happy to answer any questions you have about SpaceBooks.

Q: Your prices seem higher than other shops. Why?
A: Boggs SpaceBooks^® is a specialty shop. We sell only SpaceBooks and other items relating to spaceflight. We spend a great deal of time searching the country for the highest quality SpaceBooks and then carefully describing and listing them. This takes a great deal of time and represents considerable expense. Customers can be assured that our books are as described, are in the best condition possible,that signatures are authentic and books are carefully packaged when mailed. We also offer a generous return policy.

Q: What other spaceflight items do you carry?
A: Our primary specialty is books. We also carry astronaut signed photographs as well as ephemera, records, aerospace company brochures, medallions and space flown hardware. Much of our stock is not listed on our website. Please query if you have particular interests in these areas.

Q: Can you find a book I'm looking for?
A: Quite possibly. Only a small percentage of our books are listed on our web site. We also keep want lists and search actively and continuously for books our customers are seeking. Some are easy to find--others are more difficult. At any rate, we'll search--and give you a response to our first efforts--usually within 48 hours.

Q: What book would be a nice gift for my spouse or friend?
A: Any of the astronaut autobiographies would be excellent for someone new to this field. For the serious collector or student of spaceflight history, a signed autobiography or one of many NASA publications might be appropriate.

Q: What are the rarest and most sought after books?

Q: How can I be sure that signatures are authentic?
A: Boggs SpaceBooks^® is UACC Registered Dealer #RD265. This means we have been "vetted" by the UACC (Universal Autograph Collectors Club) and cheerfully abide by the UACC Code of Ethics and all UACC Policies. See http://www.uacc.org/registered.htm for further details.

In addition, we stand by the authenticity of all signed books and photos we sell unless an item is clearly described as an autopen or "as-is". Most of our signed books come directly from the author or signer in special relationships we have established. For other signed pieces, we carefully examine the signature, consider provenance, signing habits, mechanical reproductions, etc. to make our judgment of authenticity.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All items not as described can be returned at our expense within 10 business days of receipt. Other items can be returned at the buyer's expense within 10 business days. Please contact us in advance for a return authorization.

Q: How do you ship books?
A: Books for delivery in the U.S. are generally shipped Media Mail and arrive within 10 days. We can also provide expedited delivery through Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express. We package carefully and always ship domestically with delivery confirmations. Overseas orders are shipped by airmail. Specific shipping options and charges can be selected at checkout before confirming orders.

Q: Can I visit Boggs SpaceBooks^®?
A: Unfortunately, we are not an open shop and do not keep regular hours.

A: We are highly concerned about protecting the rights and privileges of our customers. Because of this, we are committed to protecting your privacy.
